Frontline Mental Health Services is dedicated to providing an exceptional standard of care that is often made inaccessible by the multitude of constraints created by health insurance companies. To maximize first responders' access to care while simultaneously mitigating untoward costs, Frontline Mental Health Services is only credentialed with the following carriers: Anthem, United HealthCare, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Optum, Quest Behavioral Health and BCBS of MA.

If your health insurance plan is not listed above, Frontline Mental Health Services is happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurer to see seek reimbursement for out-of-network services rendered.

Initial evaluations last between 60-90 minutes. Depending on services provided, follow-up appointments last anywhere from 15-60 minutes. 

Frequency of appointments are dependent on the individual client's needs and will be at a cadence mutually agreed upon between the client and provider. Appointments often start on a weekly or biweekly schedule and decrease in frequency over time.

Frontline Mental Health Services recognizes the unique schedules of first responders, offering non-traditional office hours including early morning/late evening appointments. We accommodate weekend availability by request. If you do not see a convenient appointment date/time available on the Headway Calendar, please reach out via email, as we can often make arrangements to find a time that works for you.

Frontline Mental Health Services welcomes clients to our beautiful office space located at 1115 Massachusetts Ave NW, Second Floor, Washington DC, 20005. For your convenience, ample on-street and garage parking is available in the immediate vicinity.  The office is readily accessible by metro, with the McPherson Square/Convention Center, Gallery Place, and Metro Center stops all within walking distance.
